Believing For The Impossible
An Evening with Annabelle Matson & Eve Northcote
Wednesday 30th July | 5:45pm
The Emerald Room, Dux Central – Christchurch
What if the thing you’re believing for… actually is possible?
Following the overwhelming response to the podcast series sharing Eve’s miraculous healing journey from stage 4 cancer, we’re inviting you to join us live — for an unforgettable evening of insight, encouragement, and hope.
This is a space for anyone navigating uncertainty, standing in the tension of waiting, or holding onto a quiet vision for their future.
Whether you're believing for healing, clarity, a relationship, a baby, a shift in your career — or simply a renewed sense of purpose — this event is designed to lift you, equip you, and remind you of what’s possible.
Why Come?
Because waiting can feel lonely.
Because believing can feel heavy.
Because sometimes, we just need to be reminded that miracles still happen — and that it’s not wishful thinking to hold out hope.
This is your invitation into an atmosphere of faith, possibility, and grounded encouragement
— where real stories, practical tools, and spiritual insight come together to support you in believing for the impossible.
You’ll walk away with:
Practical mindset tools you can implement right away
Spiritual insights to strengthen your faith and sense of peace
A deeper confidence in your path and what you're walking toward
Encouragement that you're not behind, and you’re not alone
A renewed sense of hope and anticipation for your future
What to Expect
This isn’t just another talk.
It’s a gathering of open hearts, honest conversations, and a deep reminder that the things we can’t yet see are still worth believing for.
You’ll be welcomed into a beautiful space, enjoy delicious food and drink, and sit in on a powerful, faith-filled conversation between Annabelle and Eve as they share tools, stories, and insights that have shaped their journeys.

With a background in agriculture, science, business, adult learning and facilitation, Eve’s working career has been broad and varied. She has worked across the New Zealand agriculture sector in roles with ANZCO Foods, KPMG and Rabobank.
Life gave Eve the gift of a terminal cancer diagnosis in October 2024. The past year has taken her on a journey of deep healing, grounding and wellness. She has found immeasurable faith, joy, peace and freedom, whilst learning the art of patience. Her desire is to share those learnings with others and to give them HOPE for possibilities beyond what they can fathom. Eve is curious and excited for life beyond her diagnosis and how she can use her broad experience to benefit individuals, communities and the sector she loves – farming.
